We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt (in line with EU consumer-right rules; you may extend this beyond 14 days at your discretion).
How to initiate a return
- Email within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship the return using a tracked service of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
- Once received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Items we cannot accept
- Items returned more than 14 days after receipt.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, perfume, makeup, or other use.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Final sale items, gift cards, made-to-order pieces, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons (where applicable).
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
